You bought the licenses, ChatGPT, Copilot or Claude is on every desk, and now you are asked to "roll out AI training". Every provider sounds the same: hands-on, role-based, enterprise-ready.
No course page tells you whether people will work differently a month later. This page compares ten options for US, UK and EU companies on the same criteria.
Disclosure: Specialty Tokens wrote this page and is one of the ten providers. Every provider, us included, gets a "doesn't fit when". Facts about other providers come from their own websites (as of October 2026). We leave prices out on purpose.

- Strengths: breadth, recognized certificates, university content.
- Fits when: you need one baseline for many employees, with certificates they value.
- Doesn't fit when: people should practice on your own tools and data, or you want a trainer in the room.
LinkedIn Learning
Overview: LinkedIn Learning offers 24,000+ expert-led courses in 25 languages, AI Skill Pathways built with Microsoft, and AI-driven coaching and role play. Learners can earn credentials of four types.

- Strengths: catalog size, role-based AI paths, simple setup for small teams.
- Fits when: you want many AI topics, from beginner to technical, on one license.
- Doesn't fit when: the goal is a changed process in one department rather than course completions.
DataCamp
Overview: DataCamp for Business serves 50 to 50,000 learners with self-paced learning, live cohorts and blended formats, from AI literacy to advanced technical skills. Custom tracks and private courses are available.
- Strengths: practice in the browser, skills assessments, depth for data roles.

- Doesn't fit when: non-technical teams mainly need to get more out of ChatGPT or Copilot in daily work.
Section
Overview: Section combines personalized AI coaching for every employee with a platform that tracks AI usage and ROI. Live working sessions target executives and managers, and a senior operator can embed with your team.
- Strengths: coaching at workforce scale, adoption and ROI measurement.
- Fits when: you run a large rollout and need to prove adoption to the CFO.
- Doesn't fit when: you want one in-person workshop for a single team rather than a platform.
General Assembly
Overview: General Assembly trains companies in four stages: Literate, Applied, Operational and Transformational. The offer includes AI for Leaders, role-based training and an AI Champions and Agentic AI track, live online or in person, on real business challenges.
- Strengths: a structured path from literacy to champions, practitioner instructors.
- Fits when: you want a staged, multi-team program with a known name behind it.

- Strengths: customization, tool-specific tracks, executive programs.
- Fits when: a large enterprise wants a tailored program across many teams.
- Doesn't fit when: you are a smaller company looking for one short workshop.
Specialty Tokens
Overview: Specialty Tokens is an AI engineering firm in Vienna, working across Europe, the UK and the US, that combines training and implementation. Before the session we connect your approved tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini or Langdock) to your systems through the Model Context Protocol, so people practice on real tasks. Directors Nik Redl and Thomas Schlossmacher lead the sessions on site. At TimeTac, the marketing and growth team had ten automations live after an enablement workshop and an internal AI platform: 117 runs in three weeks, 54 unattended, no engineers on the team.
- Strengths: training on your systems, tool-neutral, implementation and handover after, no per-seat fees.
- Fits when: licenses are in place but usage stalls, and teams should leave with working automations rather than slides.
- Doesn't fit when: individuals want a certificate, you need self-paced e-learning for thousands, or you want open-enrollment courses with fixed dates. We offer none of these.
Multiverse
Overview: Multiverse runs UK apprenticeships for AI adoption. AI-Powered Productivity (Level 3, 13 months plus assessment) covers tools such as Copilot and Gemini for junior to mid-level staff. AI Solutions Builder (Level 4, 13 months) trains departmental AI champions to build agentic solutions.
- Strengths: on-the-job learning with coaching, a formal qualification.
- Fits when: a UK employer wants to grow AI practitioners from within over a year.
- Doesn't fit when: you are outside the UK or need results in weeks.
Vendor academies: OpenAI, Anthropic, Microsoft, Google
Overview: OpenAI Academy courses are free with a ChatGPT account. Anthropic Academy offers free courses such as AI Fluency. Microsoft Learn is free and includes a 10-module Copilot path by role. Google AI Essentials takes under 10 hours on Coursera.
- Strengths: free or low cost, written by the tool makers.
- Fits when: employees need basics in the tool you licensed, or preparation for a live session.
- Doesn't fit when: you need support, team practice, or training on your own data and processes.

- What runs a week after the training that did not run before?
