Forward-Deployed AI Engineer

Embed with enterprise clients and wire AI into the systems that run their business: ERPs, CRMs, and the legacy stacks off-the-shelf tools can't reach. You're in the scoping call and in the code, from the first workshop to the first production run.

What you'll do

Scope engagements directly with client leadership and turn them into a shippable plan
Build custom connectors and the MCP layer into ERPs, CRMs, and on-prem systems
Ship agents and skills on top of the integration layer, and get them adopted
Stay through rollout: training, change management, and the first production runs

What you bring

Senior engineering background: you've owned systems in production, not just features
Comfortable in messy enterprise territory: undocumented APIs, legacy data, real constraints
You can sit across from a CFO in the morning and ship the connector in the afternoon
Fluent English; German is a strong plus for DACH engagements

AI Solutions Consultant

Turn AI ambition into decisions leadership teams can stand behind. You run the assessments, workshops, and board briefings at the front of our engagements, and stay accountable through delivery instead of handing off a deck.

What you'll do

Run AI readiness assessments and audits for mid-market and enterprise clients
Design roadmaps that our engineers actually build, and co-own the outcome
Lead workshops and executive briefings for boards and leadership teams, in German and English
Drive rollout and adoption with the engineering team through the engagement

What you bring

Consulting or operator background with real delivery scars, not just strategy work
Genuine AI fluency: you've built or shipped with these tools, beyond the demo level
At ease presenting to C-level and supervisory boards
Business-fluent German and English
