Trained on your own work, in your own tools.

Runs in your systems, on your data, and none of it trains anyone else’s model.

We work inside your stack, on your terms.

Our engineers reach the 2,000+ systems your company already runs, from BMD and SAP to Oracle and Salesforce, and everything they build stays inside your boundaries.

The gap

Access to AI is not the same as running on it. Most companies stop at access.

Buying every team a chat subscription is the easy half. The value sits in the distance between that window and the work: the ERP, the CRM, the inbox, the approval nobody wants to own.

  • A chat window everyone has access to
  • A pilot that never left the pilot stage
  • Agents wired into your ERP and CRM
  • Review loops your compliance team signed off
  • An internal owner who runs it without us

Principles

How we work, written down.

  • 01

    Senior people only

The person in your standup is the person writing the code. No pyramid, no juniors learning on your budget.

  • 02

Production or it did not happen

A demo that cannot survive a real user is a slide. We measure an engagement by what is running when we leave.

  • 03

    Your systems, not ours

We build in your repos, your cloud, your data boundaries. Nothing here creates a dependency on us.

  • 04

    Humans stay in the loop

Every workflow that touches money, contracts, or customers keeps a review step. Autonomy is earned per process.

  • 05

    Handover is the deliverable

An internal owner, documented patterns, and a team that can extend the work without booking us again.

  • 06

    Monthly notice

No lock-in and no success fees. If the work stops being worth the fee, you should be able to stop it.

FAQ

Answers, before you ask.

What does renting an AI engineer actually mean?

You get a senior AI engineer embedded in your team for a fixed monthly fee. They join your standups, work in your repositories, and ship into your systems. There is no separate discovery phase to buy and no success fee at the end.

How long is a typical engagement?

Most start at one to three months and continue for as long as the work is worth the fee. The notice period is monthly, so you are never committed further than the month you are in.

What is a workstream?

One system or process being made AI-native at a time. Dealflow intake, ERP reporting, or a customer-facing agent are each one workstream. It is the unit that limits how much can run in parallel, which is why pricing is set against it.

Do you work in our codebase or your own?

Yours. We build in your repositories, your cloud, and inside your data boundaries. The engagement is designed so nothing we build depends on us continuing to be there.

What happens when the engagement ends?

Handover is the deliverable. You get an internal owner who has been enabled during the work, documented patterns, and systems your own team can extend without booking us again.

Which systems can you connect to?

Over 2,000, including ERP systems such as BMD and DATEV, CRMs such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Affinity, plus the mail, storage, and knowledge tools around them. Where no connector exists we build one.

Are you based in Austria?

Yes. Specialty Tokens is a forward-deployed AI engineering firm based in Vienna, working across the EU, UK, and US, in English and German.
